Hello and thank you for considering Kaos 2 Clarity to assist with your professional organizing needs!
This questionnaire will be used to guide our consultation call and provide me with an idea of what you would like to accomplish, as well as to assess how we should approach your organizing session.
On the consultation call we will cover additional details, answer any questions that you may have, and most of all get an idea of whether we will be a good fit for one another before scheduling our first session together.
